Trader Joe's rewards for being green :)

I am unsure if all of them do this, but the one in Shrewsbury does. If you bring in an old trader joe's bag and reuse it rather than using a new one, they will enter you in a weekly drawing for a $25 Trader Joe's giftcard!! Maybe if your local Trader Joe's does not do this, you can suggest they do. It's a great way to encourage people to be green :)

I know the Needham store does a drawing as well. I haven't one yet, but I do save 5 cents for every bag I bring and use at Roche Bros. in West Roxbury.

Every TJs I've been in has done this. The ones on the West Coast are so used to handing out raffle tickets they practically do it reflexively. I hope we Easterners can catch up to that degree of green-ness soon!

In California this TJ raffle applies to using any "green" bag -- I always go shopping with canvas totes (stronger than re-used bags anyway.) It's been going on for years now!
