What I learned from cheating on my mug

Friends, Today, I cheated on my mug. It made me think about my consumption behavior and I'm requesting you think about your's too. Here is what happened... I went to Finagle, ordered a salad with the combo option, I choose baked chips (I'm still kinda on my diet), and a diet coke.
